Sale of assets of Castle Cheese Inc. which includes:

• Created an extensive 21 page Confidential Property Review on the Packaged Assets, including brief descriptions of the assets to be sold, information about Castle Cheese and various photographs of the Packaged Assets, which book was provided to those interested parties who signed a confidentiality agreement;
• Created a 5” X 8” 4 Color Ad featuring the sale of the Packaged Assets which was placed in “Cheese Market News” and “The Cheese Reporter” on 4 occasions. Each magazine is distributed Nationally and collectively have a circulation of 6,000 industry specific subscribers; and
• Incorporated an industry specific email database of over 1,300 individuals for email blasts that were sent out every Tuesday morning. The first 2 weeks of April a more urgent Ad was created sighting the deadline for submitting an LOI before April 15th. This ad was sent out every 3 days the last two weeks.
