Assets of California Retail Store Business

Sale of Assets of retail store business referred to as the “KNS Market” operated from the leased premises located at 1549 Glendale Boulevard, Los Angeles, California 90057. The Sale Assets also include:

• All inventory, equipment, fixtures, furniture, signs, and other personal property owned by the Debtors (exclusive of cash, checks, receivables, funds payable to the Debtors under pending credit and debit card transactions, and other cash equivalents) which are located at the Premises;
• Pre-paid deposits and security deposits totaling Two Thousand Three Hundred Dollars ($2,300.00) paid by the Debtors to Landlord under the terms of the Lease and to the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power; and
• All permits, licenses, authorizations, registrations, consents and approvals relating to the Premises and/or Store, including the type-20 off-sale beer and wine license number 543129 relating to the Premises and/or Store (“Liquor License”), whether governmental or otherwise, to the extent they are assignable or transferable in connection with the Transaction.
