Sale of assets of Restaurant Ventures, Inc. which includes Sarducci’s Restaurant and Sarducci’s Capistrano Depot (collectively “Sarducci’s”), the minimal equipment owned, the lease of the premises, tradename, trademarks, logos, accounts receivables, signs, advertising, telephone numbers and fax numbers, websites, email addresses, computer and customer software, vendor lists, goodwill, employee lists, the ABC liquor license and any other assets of the Sarducci’s.
