Assets of California Medical Supplies Company

Sale of assets of International Manufacturing Group, Inc. which includes:

• All equipment, vehicles, fixtures, furniture, accounts receivable, and all other personal property;
• All inventories of warehouse stock, supplies and operating supplies;
• All permits, licenses, authorizations, registrations, consents and approvals relating to the IMG Business, whether governmental or otherwise, including the three trademarks set forth, to the extent they are assignable or transferable in connection with the Transaction;
• All telephone numbers, computer programs, existing licenses and websites currently used for the IMG Business; and
• Subject to applicable provisions of the Bankruptcy Code and orders of the Bankruptcy Court, select copies of books and records of the Debtor relating to the IMG Business.
