Sale of All of Seller's right, title and interest in and to all residual payments received by the Trustee each month that are attributable to the Seller's; All records and other documents in any form in possesion or under control of the Trustee relating to the residuals. All intellectual property except for the exclusive rights to develop a theatrical motion picture title "Outlaw: A Steam Punk Tale". The intellectual property to be acquired shall include, without limitation, the internet protocol address, software and code, copyrights, trademarks and service marks.
