All Business Assets of Plastic Manufacturer Corporation

Auction Sale of all of the Seller’s right, title and interest in, to and under all assets, properties and rights of every kind and nature, whether real, personal or mixed, tangible or intangible (including goodwill), whether presently existing or hereafter acquired, owned, leased, licensed or used or held for use in or related to the operation of the Seller’s business. The Assets include, among other things, all of the Seller’s accounts receivable, certain contracts, equipment, intellectual property, inventory, leases, and other tangible personal property of Hedwin Corporation.
