All Assets of Military Goods and Regalia Business

Sale of sell substantially all assets of the SoldierCity, Inc., the seller’s principal business was the operation of a business selling various products related to the United States military forces. The Assets to be sold are describe as below:

1. The inventory of merchandise, goods, and supplies presently located at the Leased Premises; 
2. The equipment, shelving, and furniture used in connection with the operation of Seller’s business, which is presently located at the Leased Premises;
3. seller’s design library and database (on computer);
4. The SoldierCity brand name and all Internet domain names owned by the Seller;
5. Seller’s customer database and list of e-mail addresses; and
6. Seller’s computer servers and equipment.
