Public Auction Sale of All Assets of OPK BIOTECH, LLC. The Assets include, but are not limited to, all assets of the Seller, including, without limitation, approximately fifty work stations equipped with desks, chairs, and computers; file cabinets, a telephone system, copiers, miscellaneous office furniture, lab equipment, tools, a manufacturing system utilized by the Seller for the production of oxygen therapeutics that includes tanks, pumps, filters, pipes and related materials, inventory, intellectual property, including numerous patents and registered trademarks, records, work product related to clinical trials, all other tangible and intangible personal property of the Debtor, and potentially and the Building 2 Lease, described below:
(i) Building 1 consists of approximately 23,850 square feet of building space and associated parking.
(ii) Building 2 consists of approximately 34,422 square feet of building space and associated parking.
