(iv) Telephone number(s), facsimile numbers, and post office addresses.
(v) Historical customer order data records.
(vi) Vendor lists, vendor purchase orders, and vendor payment records.
(vii) All advertising rights, marketing materials, and good will.
(viii) All computers, software licenses, technology, and proprietary.
(ix) All other assets used in Company's Business.
