Adventure Travel Business including its Retail Operations

Sale of substantially all assets of Backwoods Retail, Inc., Backwoods Adventures, LLC and related entities that own associated assets related to the operation knows as "Backwoods" and the adventure travel business Backwoods Adventures, LLC. The Assets would include all assets associated, or used in connection with, the Business, including, but not limited to: furniture, fixtures, equipment, products, technology, inventory, and inventory credits related to the Business, as well as the Business customer lists, trade name, trademarks, domain names, rights in and to the Leases (defined below), and all other intellectual property related thereto.

• The Fort Worth store - lease held by Lore FWT Foch Street, L.P.;
• The Omaha store - lease held by Noodle AV3, LLC;
• The Oklahoma City store - lease held by brady Ali Properties, LLC;
• The Tulsa store - lease held by Farm Properties, LLC;
• The Wichita Stote - lease held by BF Wichita, LLC;
