Parcel 1 : All that certain, piece, parcel or lot of land, together with the improvements thereon, situate lying and being in the County of Richland, State of South Carolina, containing One Hundred Forty Eight (148 acres), more or less, located to the West of Bluff Road and being shown and delineated as Parcel A, containing 148.0 acres, more or less.
Parcel 2: All that certain piece, parcel or tract of land, together with the improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in the County of Richland, State of South Carolina, containing 150.0 acres, more or less.
Parcel 3: All that certain, piece, parcel or lot of land, together with the improvements thereon, situate lying and being in the County of Richland, State of South Carolina, containing 0.84 acre, more or less, and being more fully shown and delineated as "0.84 ACRE POSSIBLE BLUFF INDUSTRIAL BOULEVARD EXTENSION".
