Row Crop Farm and Appurtenant Land in Indiana

Sale of real property approximately 435 acres of row crop farm and appurtenant land which is legally described in Exhibit A on the attached PDF (the “Real Property”). The Real Property also includes grain storage facilities, equipment storage buildings, and a cell phone tower, which is leased out to a third party. The Real Property, as the schedules filed in these cases reveal, is owned by one or more the sellers. Some is held by West 70 and SFFI as tenants in common. The Real Property (it is all located in Hancock County, Indiana at or nearby the seller's farming operations and the residence Brad and Stacey Stephenson and Todd and Christy Stephenson) generally is grouped as follows:

• West 70: 202.37 total acres; used in row crop farming operations; contains hog barn, single family home and cell tower;
• SFFI: 137.467 total acres; used in row crop farming operations;
• West 70/SFFI (TIC): 89.83 total acres; used in row crop farming operations;
• Facilities: nominal acres; N 300 E Greenfield, In.; grain storage facilities tract; and
• Facilities: 6.37 acres; 1016 E 700 N; equipment storage buildings/bins/tanks.
