Also, 39-1/2 acres, commencing 30 rods south of the northeast corner of the northeast quarter of Section 34, Township 11 North, Range 3 West; thence south 79 rods; thence west 80 rods; thence north 79 rods; thence east 80 rods to the place of beginning.
