That real property consists of three parcels located in the adjacent townships of Blackcreek and Dublin, Ohio, and comprises approximately 117.34 acres of farmland and improvements and described in a General Warranty Deed from Mary Runyan Davis a/k/a Mary R. Davis and John Phillip Runyan, as grantors and Valerie Collins and Vaughn Davis as grantees which is recorded in the Official Deed Records of Mercer County, Ohio in Deed Record Volume 120, Page 593- 595.

The Property is subject to a life estate in favor of both Mary Runyan Davis a/k/a Mary R. Davis and John Phillip Runyan, as well as the co-remainder interest of Valerie Collins.
