Four Parcels of Land in Wisconsin

Sale of four adjacent parcels of real estate located at W7451 & W7415 Redwood Road in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin. The four parcels consist of approximately 155.55 total acres, including tillable ground, farm buildings, and other acreage. These four parcels are collectively referred to as the “Redwood Farm.” The legal description of the Redwood Farm is as follows:

• PARCELS 1 AND 2: The East 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4; and The fractional Northeast 1/4, EXCEPT the East 44 acres and EXCEPT Certified Survey Map No. 5285 as recorded in Volume 34 of Surveys at page 237; ALSO EXCEPTING lands as conveyed in Trustee's Deed recorded as Document No. 1238673. All in Section 1, Township 12 North, Range 14 East, Town of Trenton, Dodge County, Wisconsin;
• PARCEL 3: Part of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 Section I, Township 12 North, Range 14 East, Town of Trenton, Dodge County, Wisconsin, being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section I; thence South 89 degrees 54 minutes 24 seconds West along North line of the Northeast 1/4 and the centerline of Redwood Road, 17 I 8.96 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing South 89 degrees 54 minutes 24 seconds West along said centerline and said North line, 630.40 feet; thence South O degrees 05 minutes 36 seconds East, 552.79 feet; thence North 89 degrees 54 minutes 24 seconds East 630.40 feet to the Southwest corner of Lot 1 of Certified Survey Map No. 5285; thence North O degrees 05 minutes 36 seconds West along West line of said Certified Survey Map No. 5285, 552.79 feet to the point of beginning;
