Sale of The land, improvements, accessories and crops except for exclusions and reservations, consisting of the land situated in the counties of Moore and Hartley, Texas, described as follows: The four tracts of land more fully described in the attached Exhibit “1”, together with all rights, privileges, and appurtenances pertaining thereto, including but not limited to: water rights, claims, permits, strips and gores and easements, together with the following permanently installed and built-in items, if any: windmills, tanks, barns, pens, fences, gates, sheds, outbuildings, and corrals.
