Commercial Property and Related Assets in Colorado

Sale of commercial property and related assets, and more described as below:

(i) Commercial Property:

• Seller's 1280 Acres of Grass Land located in Burlington, Colorado, Kit Carson County (the “1280 Acres”) for $1,152,000.00; and
• Seller's 320 acres of grassland referred to as the Headly Grass grassland located in Burlington, Colorado 80807 in Kit Carson County (the “Headly Grass”) for $208,000.00.

(ii) Related Assets: The assets include the land described in Agreement, together with fixed equipment including fencing as permanently mounted on the property, and improvements thereon, appurtenances thereto, including all surface water rights, mineral rights and other rights associated therewith.
