Account Receivable for Sale

Sale of the bankruptcy estate's interest in that certain promissory note and mortgage executed on April 15, 2008, herein called the receivable, by Steven D Hokams, seller. The trustee has collected and administered the amounts due under the promissory note and security documents (collectively the "receivable") from the seller since the sale date. The seller has made eleven (11) receivable payments to the trustee, leaving a principal balance of $9,611.20 owed on the receivable and 25 remaining payments due thereunder as of the date herein, and more described on the attached PDF.
