RHI Uses Horror Flick “Phantom Racer” To Pay Debt

Made-for-TV movie distributor RHI Entertainment Inc. has struck a deal to turnover its rights to “Phantom Racer,” a poor man’s “Christine” meets “Days of Thunder” horror thriller, to settle a $650,000 debt with National Bank of Canada.
