RadioShack’s Junior Creditor File Suit Against Standard General

Junior creditors of the former RadioShack are suing hedge fund Standard General LP to try to get repaid, Daily Bankruptcy Review reports via The Wall Street Journal.

Ex-Apple Inc. sapphire supplier GT Advanced Technologies Inc. is cutting 40% of its workforce, DBR reports in WSJ.
