One Madison Developer Uses Company Card for Miley Cyrus Tickets

One Madison Park developer Ira Shapiro said he’s determined to see the 50-story tower through to the end. But that could be a tough goal to hit, what with the property itself in the hands of a state-appointed receiver, Shapiro getting barred by a judge from making any big decisions about its future, and questions about such matters as $2,000 worth of Hannah Montana tickets charged to the project’s credit card.
