EZ Worldwide Express, a bankrupt shipping firm that had a delivery contract with Forever 21 Inc., abandoned the contract after business slowed too much to make it profitable, DBR reports in WSJ.

A unit of Aurelius Capital Management LP is seeking bankruptcy against a Netherlands subsidiary of Brazil’s Oi SA, Reuters reports.
