Former RadioShack to Pursue ‘Broad Peace Treaty’ With Creditors

The former RadioShack Corp. and its creditors have opted to pursue a “broad peace treaty,” agreeing to put off a fight over a contentious motion to abandon the electronics retailer’s restructuring efforts in favor of a chapter 7 liquidation.
