A representative for Innkeepers USA Trust's mortgage lenders says a pair of disgruntled investors do not have standing to protest to the hotel owner's investment deal, Nortel Networks Corp. is seeking an initial bidder for a patent portfolio expected to fetch at least $1 billion and a group of hedge funds is balking at Rock-Tenn Co.'s proposed $3.5 billion purchase of Smurfit-Stone Container Corp.
