Ex-Texas billionaire Sam Wyly’s sister-in-law Caroline Wyly, the widow of investor Charles Wyly, filed for bankruptcy owing $101.2 million to the Securities and Exchange Commission, Bloomberg reports.

A U.S. District Court judge said she’d temporarily freeze ex-Texas billionaire Sam Wyly’s assets, Reuters reports.

According to the Associated Press, investor Carl Icahn said the Trump Taj Mahal casino “will almost certainly close.”
