Shale oil producer WBH Energy filed for bankruptcy, Reuters reports.

Smallpox drug maker Siga Technologies Inc. was told to pay PharmAthene Inc. $113 million in a dispute over the medicine that drove Siga into bankruptcy, Bloomberg reports.

Retailer Body Central could be facing bankruptcy after receiving a default notice, Reuters reports.
