School bus operator Atlantic Express Transportation Corp. filed for bankruptcy because of big operating expenses and union labor costs, Bloomberg reports.

Also according to Bloomberg, Advantage Rent A Car operator Simply Wheelz LLC said it’s going to file for bankruptcy.
