Patricia Moran will join investment bank Aurora Foods Inc. and Radnor Holdings Corp. She also has experience with mergers and acquisitions, equity financings and divestitures. She has advised clients in the U.S. as well as in Australia, Canada, Europe and Japan.

Shaya Rochester has joined Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP as a partner in the firm’s restructuring and insolvency practice group. Mr. Rochester, who is based in New York, has represented official and informal creditors’ committees, debtors, indenture trustees, bondholders, banks and liquidation trustees in both in-court and out-of-court restructurings. He’s has worked on such Chapter 11 cases as Edison Mission Energy, Tribune Co., Six Flags and Spansion Inc. He joins the firm from Davis Polk & Wardwell.

Andrew Tenzer has joined Paul Hastings LLP’s restructuring practice from Shearman & Sterling LLP. Mr. Tenzer, a partner in the firm’s New York office, represents debtors and creditors in Chapter 11 cases and cross-border restructurings. He’s the chairman of the New York City Bar Association’s Committee on Cross-Border Restructurings and Chapter 15. He also has experience in non-insolvency finance transactions, including syndicated financings and securitizations.
