Jorge Neri Bonilla has become partner at legal and business counseling firm JNF & Asociados in Los Angeles, where he will work on strategic business consulting and negotiation. Mr. Bonilla, an entrepreneur who speaks English and Spanish, has experience in bankruptcy, restructuring, banking transactions and mergers and acquisitions. He also has experience in energy and petroleum deals.

Bob Broxson has joined the BDO Consulting firm as managing director in the dispute advisory services group. Mr. Broxson, who most recently worked with Navigant Consulting, has advised companies and lenders in bankruptcies, restructurings and turnarounds. He has worked in the energy sector and has focused on natural gas markets, royalty disputes and market dynamics. Mr. Broxson has testified in U.S. courts as well as in Canadian provincial courts.

Law firm LeClairRyan has added eight partners to its bankruptcy practice in New Jersey to bolster the firm’s restructuring presence. The attorneys, all of whom join the firm from Forman Holt Eliades & Youngman, have handled chapter 7 and chapter 11 bankruptcy cases, restructurings and workouts. They have represented trustees, creditors, debtors and other parties.
