Creditors of Miller Energy Resources Inc.’s Alaska unit are trying to push it into chapter 11 bankruptcy, alleging fraud, DBR reports in WSJ.

Bloomberg reports that energy company Samson Resources Inc. is close to entering a deal with lenders that will put it in bankruptcy as soon as this weekend.
