Grammy-winning singer Toni Braxton’s former Duluth, Ga., mansion was cleared for foreclosure in 2011 and was put up for sale in 2012 following her second bankruptcy filing. But fast forward a couple of years, and the reality-TV show star has a $3 million pad. According to TMZ, Ms. Braxton is the proud owner of a four-bedroom, 5,323-square-foot abode in The Oaks, an exclusive neighborhood in Calabasas, Calif. And Ms. Braxton even has a famous new neighbor—Justin Bieber.

Aaron Carter might be having a party now that he’s finished a debt class. As Radar reported, court papers filed earlier this month show that the pop singer, who filed for bankruptcy last year, completed the financial-management course that’s required by the bankruptcy court. Mr. Carter, the younger brother of Backstreet Boys member Nick Carter, had more than $2 million in debt at the time of his bankruptcy filing.
Former jeweler to the stars Ralph Esmerian got six years in prison after he was accused of defrauding creditors as his jewelry store chain filed for bankruptcy. Years later, an art collection put together by Mr. Esmerian has yielded nearly $13 million at auction. According to Bloomberg, the art included top sellers such as a carved figure of Santa Claus and a wooden carved pheasant. Mr. Esmerian’s creditors will get $10.5 million from the sale.
