“Real Housewives of New Jersey” stars Teresa and Joe Giudice will be sentenced later this month for numerous fraud charges, including bankruptcy fraud, but there might be some good news on the horizon for the couple. According to court documents (h/t RadarOnline), the bankruptcy trustee is looking to close the Chapter 7 case. “The case is fully administered and all assets and funds…have been properly accounted for,” trustee John W. Sywilok said in court documents. A judge will review the request on Sept. 30, a week after the couple’s sentencing.

A bankruptcy judge last month recommended jail time for Girls Gone Wild founder Joe Francis for not turning over luxury cars belonging to the porn business. Now, a $500,000 arrest warrant has been issued against him after he failed to appear in court for an arraignment on charges issued in May, NBC Los Angeles reported. Mr. Francis was arrested and charged with misdemeanor assault after allegedly violating a restraining order preventing him from entering Girls Gone Wild’s offices.
