DMX is running low on cash, but we hope he’s not losing his mind. As Bankruptcy Beat reported, the rapper, whose real name is Earl Simmons, claims he’s only got $50 on hand and no personal property of value. DMX, who said he spends more than he earns each month, also noted in court documents that the rest of the assets in his name are tied to litigation that’s pending in court plus other claims. The rapper known for such hits as “Party Up (Up in Here)” and “Ruff Ryder’s Anthem” filed for bankruptcy earlier this summer owing more than $1 million in child support and more than $453,000 on a mortgage.

Robin Williams may have to say “HELLOOOOO!” to bankruptcy. According to News.com.au (h/t New York Post), the actor is in some financial peril after going through two expensive divorces and is selling his house to help pay his debts. “There are bills to pay. My life has downsized, in a good way,” he told Parade magazine. “Divorce is expensive. I used to joke they were going to call it ‘all the money,’ but they changed it to ‘alimony,’” he added. “It’s ripping your heart out through your wallet. Are things good with my exes? Yes. But do I need that lifestyle? No.” Mr. Williams, who’s starred in such movies as “Mrs. Doutbfire” and “Dead Poets Society” as well as TV sitcom “Mork & Mindy,” is taking on a new role as an ad executive in “The Crazy Ones,” a new TV comedy set to premiere on CBS next week.

Young Buck’s bankruptcy case has been winding down for a few months, and now a federal bankruptcy watchdog has cleared the rapper’s plan to leave bankruptcy, TMZ reported. Court documents (which we’ve previously reported on) show that creditors including rapper 50 Cent (who sought nearly $171,000) and his G-Unit Records (which sought $10 million) are out of luck—they won’t receive any payment. But who will get their money? The Internal Revenue Service will recoup most of its tax claims, and the case’s bankruptcy trustee, the federal bankruptcy watchdog and Tennessee Child Support Services will get 100% of their claims.

According to Bankruptcy Beat, the 10-bedroom mansion, which includes a 24-karat-gold-lined pool and an oceanfront view, was sold to investors including the family behind the Jordache jeans brand. The investor group, VM South Beach LLC, beat out a $41 million bid from Donald Trump.

- Teresa Giudice and her husband Giuseppe “Joe” Giudice leave the federal court in Newark, N.J., on Aug. 14, 2013.
Teresa Giudice may be dealing with fraud charges, but at least the “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star will still have nice hair. According to Radar Online (h/t Star-Ledger), Ms. Giudice will be keeping her role as a spokeswoman for Milania Haircare’s Youthful8 brand. “We are in the professional hair care business and Teresa, during her time with us, has professionally supported all initiatives in the past,” said Milania owner Jerel James Sabella, who’s also the company’s chief executive. Unless the situation changes, Teresa will continue to work with us as a spokesperson.”
