Bankruptcy Moves
Timothy J. Dance has joined law firm Snell & Wilmer LLP as a member of the bankruptcy group. Mr. Dance, who’s a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, concentrates his work on bankruptcy, foreclosure, creditors’ rights and receivership and has worked with clients in restructuring financial transactions. He earned his law degree from the University of Washington School of Law.
Lon A. Jenkins has joined the Salt Lake City office Dorsey & Whitney LLP as of counsel in the law firm’s finance and restructuring group. He’s represented creditors, lenders, financial institutions, trustees and other across the U.S.
Mr. Jenkins’s expertise lies in commercial litigation and bankruptcy, including Chapter 11 reorganizations. He most recently worked as a shareholder with Jones Waldo PC, according to a press release.
Marianna Marysheva-Martinez has joined FTI Consulting as a managing director of the corporate finance and restructuring group. Ms. Marysheva-Martinez, who’ll be in the Los Angeles office, is helping to expand the firm’s municipal restructuring services. She has 16 years of municipal government and management turnaround experience. Most recently, Ms. Marysheva-Martinez was the town manager of the city of Mammoth Lakes, Calif., which has had its own turn in bankruptcy.
