Aman Resorts Faces Involuntary Bankruptcy

Restaurant chain Buffets LLC is in for chapter 33—that is, its third trip through chapter 11 protection since 2008, DBR reports via WSJ.

According to the Associated Press, Wells Fargo and Rhode Island’s economic development corporation were charged with defrauding investors in the state’s deal with videogame company 38 Studios LLC.
