50 Cent wants to keep his lips tightly sealed on the details of his underwear endorsement, Bankruptcy Beat reported this week. The rapper, whose real name is Curtis James Jackson III, said last year on his Instagram page that he made $78 million from the deal with Frigo RevoutionWear. But in court papers filed this week, Mr. Jackson’s lawyers argued that making the details public would give the competition an unfair advantage. The undies, which cost up to $100 a pair, were made to “revolutionize the underwear industry by offering men optimal comfort, moisture-control and support, with style and practicality in mind,” according to its website.
Mr. Jackson, whose bankrupt boxing promotion company also took a hit this week, filed for bankruptcy himself in July because of two multimillion-dollar judgments.

David Cassidy’s home sale has been up in the air for a while, but the saga of the five-bedroom South Florida estate is coming to an end. According to the Associated Press, the home of the singer and actor, best known for his role in “The Partridge Family,” sold for a little more than $2 million. A court approved the sale last week, and the sale is expected to close later this month, according to the Sun Sentinel.
Mr. Cassidy entered chapter 11 protection in February “for practical reasons to reorganize my life as I go through divorce and to restructure my finances,” he said at the time.
