Warrendale-based company rue21 emerges from Chapter 11 bankruptcy

Warrendale-based retailer rue21 announced Friday that it had “emerged from the Chapter 11 process,” the company said in a release. The company, which specializes in teen apparel, initially filed for voluntary Chapter 11 reorganization on May 15.
