Another of Landrum's entities, 449 K St LLC, filed for Chapter 11 protection Aug. 27. That followed a lengthy battle with the landlord of a building where Ray's Hell Burger, Landrum's famous burger restaurant, was supposed to open in Mount Vernon Triangle.
