Menke oversaw a Chapter 11 filing at Frontier Airlines before leaving to take the job at Pinnacle. Pinnacle Airlines Corp., which is based in Memphis, Tenn., said it doesn't expect the executive shake-up to impact the timing of its Chapter 11 reorganization.
