PHILADELPHIA — The Philadelphia Orchestra is out of Chapter 11 bankruptcy. A month after a U.S. Bankruptcy Court judge approved its reorganization plan, The Philadelphia Orchestra Association announced Tuesday it has officially emerged from Chapter 11.
