In an attempt to restructure $6 billion in debt, ITR Commission Company is filing Chapter 11 bankruptcy in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Chicago. The company is the operator of the Indiana Toll Road, and paid $3.8 billion in 2006 to lease I-80/90 for 75 years.
