Gander Mountain files chapter 11 bankruptcy; Charlotte store among 32 slated to close

Gander Mountain announced Friday that it has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection while it closes 32 underperforming stores and searches for a buyer. That includes the Gander Mountain store in south Charlotte and another in Raleigh.
