The Bruegger's Bagels location at 900 Central Ave. in Albany, open for at least 21 years, is no longer in business, according to a sign in a window that said it was closed as of Monday. The location has been removed from the chain's website. Bruegger's announced two years ago that it was selling 28 of its upstate stores, including a dozen Capital Region locations, as part of a franchisee's bankruptcy reorganization plan.
