Real Mex, parent of El Torito, Chevys and Acapulco restaurants, files for bankruptcy again

Diners at El Torito, Chevy's Fresh Mex, and Acapulco Restaurant y Cantina won't be affected by the transaction, the company said in a news release. Hearings began in a bankruptcy court in Delaware on Tuesday, Aug. 7, over the future of the restaurants.
