Former Toms River man living in Florida charged with bankruptcy fraud

Bryan Young, 39, of Venice, Fla., turned himself in to FBI agents in Newark and will face two counts of bankruptcy fraud on the heels of a federal investigation into his Nov. 5, 2008 filing in US Bankruptcy Court seeking Chapter 7 protection.
