A franchisee that previously operated the Pieology restaurant near Colorado Mills mall in Lakewood has filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy. Colorado Pie LLC, led by Jeffrey A. Gordan, said in a May 15 filing it owes about $480,000 to less than 50 creditors.
