Chief U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Thomas P. Agresti has given Alfred D. Covatto and his wife, Joyce M. Covatto, until March 7 to submit a plan on how they will reorganize their debts under Chapter 11 bankruptcy, for which they filed in March 2011.
