SANTA CRUZ - The Chapter 11 reorganization for The Avenue Bar downtown has turned into a Chapter 7 liquidation of the business. US Bankruptcy Judge Arthur Weissbrodt made that ruling Monday. He ordered Abel and Andrea Mekkoudi, who own 711 Pacific Ave.
