Oct. bankruptcy filings down 21%

Filings in U.S. Bankruptcy court in Toledo fell 21 percent in October from a year earlier, according to figures released Monday by the U.S. Clerk of Courts office. There were 394 cases filed in the court, which covers 21 counties in northwest Ohio.
