NEW YORK (AP) -- Discount retailer Loehmann's has filed for bankruptcy protection for the third time and plans to liquidate its business. Loehmann's Holdings on Sunday filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in federal bankruptcy court in Manhattan.
